Cancellation Policy
Your appointment at Pure Therapy is reserved especially for you. To provide each guest with the attention and care they deserve, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or changes.
When an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service may apply. Appointments canceled on the same day, as well as missed appointments without notice, may be charged the full value of the scheduled service.
We understand that unexpected situations arise and will always approach genuine emergencies with care and consideration. However, because this time has been set aside exclusively for you and is often difficult to refill on short notice, we appreciate your understanding of this policy.
